As students we have too few opportunities to share ideas on the topics and current events that matter to us. We all come from interesting personal and professional backgrounds, and care deeply about or worked on issues in public policy that for some reason aren't elicited in an intro course.
So...the Woodrow Wilson Action Committee (WWAC) is relaunching 14 Points, the Woodrow Wilson School's very own student-run policy blog. All content is produced by WWS students: MPAs, MPPs, PhDs, and undergraduates. (Note though that the views expressed here belong to the individual contributors and not to Princeton University or the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.)
The goal is for Woos to share their thoughts and recommendations on topics of their interest and expertise, in order to add to the larger public policy discourse and escape the confines of coursework and assignment-writing, which often elide reflection on up-to-the-minute issues in public policy.
With that, enjoy reading, contributing, commenting and--we hope--even possibly learning something. Thanks for visiting!
